She was predeceased by: her husband Edward L. Blake Sr.; her parents, James Roane and Kate Ritchie Commins; and her siblings, Charlotte C. Campbell and Beverly H. Commins.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy B. Moody (Robert) and Edward L. Blake Jr. (Anita); her grandchildren, Katherine R. Moody, Spencer B. Moody (Ashley), Shannon B. Kosek (Patrick) and Sarah R. Blake; her great grandchildren, Sarah Grace Kosek, Addison Kosek and Blake Kosek; and her sister Nancy C. McFaden (Pat). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
