He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Alan Broaddus, Donald Broaddus (Donna Lohr) of Kinston, NC and Adrienne O'Harra (Butch) of Rockingham, NC; his grandchildren, Kyrie Couse (Frank), Terrin O'Harra (Cathryn), Cassandra Broaddus and Cecilia Puryear (Jonathon); his great grandchildren, Kyra, Roman and Avery; his parents, Ross August and Nelly Broaddus August; his wife Gladys Mitchell Broaddus; and his siblings, Frank, Donald and Barbara. He was also cherished by numerous cousins and friends.
