He was predeceased by: his stepdaughter Lori Kay. He is survived by: his wife Linda Stewart (Lynn); his daughters, Crystal L. Solomon (Tony) and Christina L. Goggin (Matt Stafford); his grandchildren, Anya Stafford, Bentley Shane Joshua Shane, Kristin Blair and Tyler Franklin Cheely; his son-in-law Donny Kay (Rhonda) of Oregon; his stepgrandchildren, Kent Stewart, Jake Stewart, Sean Stewart and Chrislyn Kay; his sister Ann Goggin of Sandston; his niece Patricia A. Butler (Asel "Peanut" Johnson) of Aylett; his great-nephew Phillip Martin; and his nephew Charles H. Alley (Jennifer) of Stumpy Point, NC. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
Penn and his family have asked in lieu of flowers make a donation to Moose Charities in Mooseheart, IL, and help a child.
