She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas E. Smith and Martha M. Smith; her siblings, Melvin T. Smith, Henry L. Smith and Bertha S. Terry; and her great grandchild Emma R. Tavasci (Elwood L. Allen).
She is survived by: her children, Kathy A. Myers, Roy L. (Deborah), James E. (Judy), Ralph T. (Kimberly) and Jennifer A. Jefferson (Ryland); and her siblings, Martha Thompson, Doris Butler, Betty Sneed, Deborah Rudder, Virginia Roberts, Nancy McVicker and Kenneth Smith. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
