He is survived by: his wife Michele Martin; his children, Matthew Martin, Rachel Martin, Mary Norman (Sam), Samantha Martin (Aaron Cox) and Noah Martin; his mother Grace Martin; his siblings, Cynthia Futrell (Bob), Paul Martin and Chris Martin (Diane); his siblings-in-law, Jerry Stack, Jr. (Susan) and Susan Wawrzyniak (Karl); his nieces and nephews, Brad Futrell, Jason Wawrzyniak (Crystal), Adam Wawrzyniak, Jacob Stack, Jeff Stack, Amanda Shepherd, Katie Stack and Kelly Franklin-Clark (Derwin); his great-nieces, Madalyn Mae Wawrzyniak and Mia Faith Shepherd; his great-nephew Maddox Jay Wawrzyniak; and his close friend Steve Newman. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
