He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Slade and Gwendolen Slade; his siblings, Matthew (Erica), Brittany (Tony) and Peter (Sam); his nephews, Joseph Jr., Edward, William, Conner, Jasper and Dalton; and his niece Olivia. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and extended family.
