He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Carter, Sr. and Betty Jean Wilson Carter; and his brother Claude Carter. He is survived by: his sister Sylvia Payne; his nieces, Korica Payne and Kniosha Carter; and his nephew Koryan Payne.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the New Design Missionary Baptist Church (3864 Medical Center Rd, Axton, VA 24054).
