He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto E. Janke and Annie Hirsch Janke; and his siblings, Arthur C. Janke and Doris Norris. He is survived by: his wife Carol Mabe Janke of Axton, VA; his children, Michelle Janke-Kozlowicz of Axton, VA and Bryan A. Janke (Crystal) of Newport News, VA; his sisters, Della Gouvia (Arnold) of LaVernia, TX and Millies Maes (Richard); and his grandchildren, Peyton Kozlowicz Vest (Austin), Carson Janke and Makenzie Janke.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the County Line Christian Church (12711 Chatham Rd, Axton, VA 24054). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
