He is survived by: his wife Nellie Marie Davis; his son Dale Wayne Davis (Shirley); his siblings, Sharon Nance, Robin Shropshire and Jesse Nance; his grandchildren, Matthew Davis (JoLacy), Nathan Hawker and Madison Hawker; and his great grandchildren, Caroline Davis, Bentlee Davis and Ava Davis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
