He is survived by: his wife Marie Foor; his sons, Scott William Foor of Winston Salem and Damien Michael Foor of Axton, Virginia.; his siblings, Donald Foor of Letts, Marlene Runge of Spring City, JoAnne Brase of Davenport and Barbara Garrison of Dodgeville; and his grandson Zachary Valencia.
