She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Lee Keatts and Nora Nance Keatts; her husband Irvin D. Shelton; and her siblings, Dorothy Keatts Evans, Barbara Keatts Lee, Oscar Leonard Keatts and James Edward Keatts.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Fricker (Doug), Debra S. Painter, Charles Daniel Shelton, William Lee Shelton (Janet) and Rodney Irvin Shelton (Vicky); her grandsons, Patrick Jerome Hines and Kenny Paul Painter; and her siblings, Jerene Keatts Ferrell and Albert Laurence Keatts. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
