He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Abraham Carter and Thelma C. Carter. He is survived by: his daughter Anna Carter of Collinsville, VA; and his brothers, Rodney Carter (Nechelle) of Axton, VA, Theodore Carter (Norma) of Axton, VA and Randolph Carter of Dry Fork, VA. He is also survived by nieces, nephew other relatives and friends.
