He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Hall and Hattie Whitt Hall; and his siblings, Odell Hall, Melvin Hall, Doug Whitt and Ellen Beasley.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda C. Hall; and his siblings, Russell Hall, Maynard Hall, Marie Lewis and Lura Jenkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
