He was predeceased by: his parents, William Roscoe and Edith Lineberry Horton; and his wife Doris Southern Horton. He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Horton; his grandchildren, Kevin King, Matthew Jones and Ashley King; his great grandchildren, Leighlan, Allie and Ansley; his siblings, Rela Rominger and Randolf Horton (Dalia); his siblings-in-law, Judy Horton and Carlton Southern (Sandy); and his close friend Tristan Davis.
