She is survived by: her husband John Wayne Smith Sr.; her daughter Angela Dawn Clark of Castlewood, VA; her stepdaughter Sandra Sue Smith of Portsmouth, VA; her sons, Jeffrey Clark of Barren Springs, VA, Shane William Smith of Austinville, VA and Shawn Benjamin Smith of Austinville, VA; her stepsons, John W Smith Jr. of Rural Retreat, VA and Neil Thomas Smith; and her sisters, Della Sue Mabry of Foster Falls, VA and Kathy R (Harold Shupe). She is also survived by Several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many extended family & friends.
