She is survived by: her cousin Susan Hendricks; her husband Wendall Dale Bain of Austinville, Virginia; her children, Heather O'Neal of Austinville, Virginia and Houston; her daughter-in-law Kyra Newman of Woodlawn, Virginia; her grandchildren, Malachi Brannock, Jeremiah Brannock, Maverick Blevins, Atlus Baldwin and Adalynn Newman; her brother Jim; her sister-in-law Joan Worrell of North Carolina; her close friends, Pamela Alderman and Mark Alderman; her caregiver Athena Glass; and also, Vicki Mauer, Cheryl and Don Quesenberry.
