He is survived by: his sons, Lawrence Charles Rice (Carol) of Austinville, VA and Jason Keith Rice (Sharlene) of Austinville, VA; his grandchildren, Steven Kyle Mabry, Kaylin Mabry of Austinville, VA and Samuel Walton Mabry of Max Meadows, VA; his great grandchildren, Amy-Mae, Abigail, Zoe and Savannah; his brother Willie Rice of North Carolina; and his sister-in-law Bettie Rice of North Carolina. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
