He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Hoover and Aleen Crowder Sisk. He is survived by: his children, Wendy (Glade McGrady), Christy (Brad Carico), Angie (Terry Simone), Brittnee (Jon Hall), Sara Beth (Michael Hedrick), Tony Sisk of Austinville and Matthew Sisk (Allie Coffey) of Austinville; his siblings, Joyce (Lonnie Montgomery), Jean (Harry Gailey), Cindy (Donnie Crockett) and Billy; and his sister-in-law Carol Sisk of Wytheville. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
