She was predeceased by: her husband John Hash, Sr.; her son John (Buddy Hash, Jr.); her grandson Byron Phipps; her parents, Andrew Hughey and Ruth Hughey; and her siblings, Caroline Holcomb, Catherine Mills, Junior Hughey, Ruth Griffin, Frank Hughey, Nathaniel Hughey, Rhoda Hash and Bill Hughey.
She is survived by: her children, Karen (Tony Phipps), Dixie (Danny Vaughn), Wally (Becky Hash), Paul (Amy Hash), Paula (John Zumbro), Spook (Trish Hash) and Kimberly (Brennan Lamie); and her siblings, Sarah Mezick and Charles Hughey. She is also survived by nine Grandchildren and six Great-Grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
