He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Lawson and Aleene Parnell Lawson; and his wife Dianna Daune Lawson. He is survived by: his children, Vicki Lawson, Robert Lawson (Ashley), Jason Lawson and Steven Lawson; his siblings, Randall Lawson (Karen), Kathy Strickland (Mike), Phyllis Quesenberry (Cleve) and Sandra Bolen; his grandchildren, Makayla Lawson, Isaiah Lawson and Hunter Hull; his great grandchildren, Hayden and Briar Lawson; and his mother-in-law Emma Docibell Gallimore Newman. He is also survived by several brother and sisters-in-law, and nieces and nephews.
