He is survived by: his daughter Joan Hull Stumborg (Jack); his grandsons, Douglas, Brian and William Vance Hull (Julie); his great grandchildren, Michael and William; his daughter Susan Elizabeth Hull; his granddaughter Antoinette; his son Spencer David Hull (Robin); his grandchildren, Henry, Harrison, Rachel, Thomas and Elizabeth; his brother Colonel Robert Richard Hull (Marie); and his nieces and nephews, Mary Jane, Donna, Bobby, Michael and Jeanne.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice or to Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters or the Norfolk Botanical Garden.
