He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence James and Lola Lavinia Hoffman Abbott; and his sons, Timothy Paul Abbott and Mark Stephen Abbott. He is survived by: his wife Janice Lynn Culp Abbott of Atlantic; his stepdaughter Samantha Kane of Salisbury; and his daughter-in-law Valerie Abbott of Cleveland. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
