He was predeceased by: his parents, Paige DeCato and Ellen Fisher (Coleburn); and his sisters, Virginia Trader (Billy), Anna Justice (Bobby) and Shirley Rios.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Pusey; and his brother-in-law Tony Rios. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Atlantic Baptist Church (10084 Atlantic Rd, Atlantic, VA 23303).
Memorial gifts may be made to the church and designated to the Window Fund.
