He is survived by: his wife Betty Rae Miller of Atlantic, VA; his children, David J. Miller (Edwina) of New Freedom, PA, Lisa Cooley of Felton, PA and Sharon Kellison of Horntown, VA; his stepchildren, Ruth Ann Birch of Chincoteague Island, VA, Gary Daniel Daisey (Sandy) of Chincoteague Island, VA, Matthew Daisey (Sherry) of Whithams, VA and Mark Dasiey (Danielle) of Chincoteague Island, VA; his daughters, Mel, Mitzi and Karen; and his grandchildren, Eric, Justin, Brian, Avery, Joshua, Chris, Tara, Heather, Seth and Kyle. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
