He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lenn Tull and Janie Estella Collins; his spouse Bernice Tull; and his stepchildren, Melvin Rogers (Cynthia) of Charlotte, NC, Joanne Williams (Sherman) of Melfa, VA and Barbara (Thomas) of Camden, NJ. He was also cherished by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and friends.
