He is survived by: his wife Joyce Lee Maher; his children, Matthew Maher of Milford, CT, Kevin Maher of Oxford, CT, Brian Maher (Diane) of Mexico, ME and Elizabeth Maher Ovesny (Charles) of Southbury, CT; his siblings, Mary Evans of Cicero, NY, Maureen Tranelli of North Syracuse, NY, Monica Miller (Rodney) of Fulton, NY, Margaret Paul (Arthur) of Oneida, NY, James Maher (Ann) of Liverpool, NY and John Michael Maher (Doreen) of Bristol, VA; and his grandchildren, Sabrina Maher, Mark, Zachary Ovesny, Shane, Melissa and Thomas Maher. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
