It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herman Ernest Brown (Atlantic, Virginia), who passed away on February 13, 2019, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marian Estelle Griggs and James Hillary Brown; his wife Leontine Francoise; his sister Mildred Shafer; and his daughters, Linda (Tom Shell), Vonnie (Tom Whitworth) and Jennifer (Gene Estes). He was also cherished by six grandchildren and their spouses, and 11 great grandchildren.
