He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Chelton (Lewis); his fiancée Doris Shreaves; his son Domenick Chelton; his brothers, Wayne, Timothy and Mike Chelton; his stepson RJ Hasty; his grandchildren, Violet Hasty and Blake Hasty; his nephew Blake Chelton; and his pet Luna.
