He is survived by: his spouse Mary Rose Lazenby; his parent Jessie Mae Mckenzie Lazenby; his child William Otis "Chuck" Lazenby, Jr.; his wife Barbara of Atlantic; his brother Mack Lazenby (Susan) of Auburn, AL; his son-in-law Paul George of Mappsville, VA; his grandchildren, Dameion Lazenby (Ellen) of Lynwood, WA, Lindsay Lang (Jason) of Atlantic, Ross Lazenby (Niki) of Clermont, FL, Ashlee Buchanan (Walter) of Stockton, MD, Andrea Lazenby, Tommy Wall of Pocomoke, MD, Katie Broadwater (Jason) of Salisbury, MD, Mason George and Taylor Fincen of Accomac, VA; his great grandchildren, Riley, Breanna, Evin, Darcy, Éowyn, Liam, Xen, Devan, Addie, Bryson, Carmine, John and Austin; and also, Mae-Lynn Lazenby Wall of Greenbackville, VA and Terry Walker Lazenby of Atlantic. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
