He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Pansy Isdell and Raymond Peters; his sister Gail Peters; and his brother-in-law David Parker. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted to help with his cremation costs. Cash donations can be found in jars at some businesses on the island, or anyone may mail checks made out directly to Fox Funeral Home on Chincoteague Island.
