He was predeceased by: his parents, John Miller and Anna Miller; his wife Darlene Shephard Miller; and his son Wayne Blevins. He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Miller Sandford (Michael) of Atkins, Dawn Miller Keyes (Carl) of Sugar Grove and Jane Cassell; his grandchildren, Kayla Riggins (Cody) of Sugar Grove and Jon Keyes (Cheyenne McMillian) of Sugar Grove; his great grandchildren, Kayden Dowell, Colton Riggins, Easton Keyes, Ryann Sandford, Henry and Landon Blevins; and his brother James Miller of Bluemont, VA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
