He is survived by: his wife Tammy Lowman Bell of Atkins; his daughter Kayla McCracken (Cody) of Marion; his mother Annie Thomas Bell of Atkins; his sister Cynthia Debusk (Gerald) of Chilhowie; and his pets, Alex, Electra, Pumpkin and Roxie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
