With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Etta Welsh of Atkins, Virginia, who passed away on April 24, 2021 at the age of 56. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father George W. Shupe; and her son Alfred Ellison, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Robert Earnest Welsh; her mother Betty Louise Shupe; her daughter Sherry Danielle Blankenship (Timmy); her stepdaughter Katlin Marie Marshall; her siblings, George W. Shupe, Jr. (Sonya), Mary Louise Hamm and Pamela Mercer; her grandchildren, Ayrona Ellison, Austin Walk and Carson Blankenship; and her close friends, Debbie Russell, Rhonda Edwards and Cynthia Jones. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions can be made to the funeral home to assist with expenses.
