He was predeceased by: his parents, Jennie Calhoun and Floyd Pennington; his siblings, Ruth Vernon, Martha Hash, Edith McCleary and Frank Pennington; and his wife Zenna Parks Pennington.
He is survived by: his daughters, Toni (Jim White), Peggy Williams (Gary Bozeman) and Pamela (John Anderson); his grandchildren, Mike, Stephanie, Sarah, Miles, Lauren and Stephen; and his nieces, Debbie Hagy, Darlene Dean and Patty Robinson. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren.
