She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Parks; her parents, Jim Vogt and Annabelle Vogt; and her sisters, Frances Wyatt and Betty Jo Campbell.
She is survived by: her children, Allan Parks of Marion, VA and Lindy Parks White; her son-in-law Justin White of Gray, TN; her grandchildren, Ashley Parks (Eric), Tori White Johnson (Garrett) and Garrett White; and her siblings-in-law, Beulah Parks Minor, Curtis Parks (Eleanor) and Joe Parks.
