He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Shirl Keene and Evelyn Louise Keene; and his siblings, Bonnie Garrett, Margaret Wix, Alan Keene and Lee Keene.
He is survived by: his close friend Crystal Call; his children, Kisha Keen of Raven and James Keen of Raven; his grandchildren, Elisha Howell of Raven, Madison Yates of Raven and Jaxson Keen of Raven; his siblings, Patricia Beckner of Salem, Elizabeth "Tiny" Compton, Sharon Keen, Sarah "Punk" Sheets, Stella Mullins (Richard), Brenda Cole (Kenneth) of Marion, Georgia McWilliams and Luther Keen (Rita) of Richlands; his close friend Frances Rose; and also Shane of Marion. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
