He is survived by: his mother Joan Burch; his stepfather Walter Burch of Willacoochee, Georgia; his siblings, Karen Halford (Steve) of Palm Bay, Florida and Craig Woolsey (Sarah) of Blacksburg, Virginia; and his close friends, Tammy Bailey, Emmie Reid and Sheila Stanley. He is also survived by niece and nephews.
