It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sally Lynn Young of Ashland, Virginia, born in Wichita Falls, Texas, who passed away on November 8, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Andrew Peterson and Margaret Linnea Peterson. She is survived by: her husband William Robert Young; her sons, Dustin Young (Maggie Young) and Bradley Young (Alex Gecker); and her grandchild Ari Gecker-Young.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Nelsen Funeral Home Reid Chapel (412 S Washington Hwy, Ashland, VA 23005).
