She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold LaFoon and Evelyn LaFoon; her husband Robert Franklin Cassell; her brother J. Murrell LaFoon; her niece Kathleen LaFoon; and her nephew Steve Al Musulin.
She is survived by: her brother Lewis "Buck" LaFoon (Peggy); her sisters-in-law, Hannah Anderson (Frank) and Jackie LaFoon; her nieces, Pamela Bartholomew, Dreama Cullipher, Charlotte Strom, Allie LaFoon, Michelle Cole and Cecelia Heins; and her cousins, Jon Massello and Laura Massello.
