He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Patrick, Cheryl Patrick and Sharon Crawley (Michael); his grandsons, Dalton, Cody (Ashley), Colton Crawley and Justin Fleenor (LaToya); his great grandchild Jaelyn Fleenor; and his siblings, Earlene Hill of North Carolina, Bobbie Wingler of North Carolina, Becky Pearson of North Carolina, Mildred Sexton (Roy) of Fries, VA, Ray Patrick of North Carolina and Joe Patrick (Linda) of Woodford, VA..
