He was predeceased by: his father Rusty Dempsey; his grandparents, Sam, Florence Dempsey, Earl and Mary Lane; and his pet Max.

He is survived by: his mother Dale Dempsey; his daughter Ella; the mother of his child Kristin; and his siblings, Lisa Watkins-Henley (Jamie), Sam Watkins (Kelly) and Melissa Barker (Billy). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
