She is survived by: her husband Herman James; her son Jerman James; her granddaughter Jazne James; her brothers, Robert and Walter Joyce; her children, Christopher James (Kathy), Shirley James, Allen James (Wanda), Herman "Peterman" James (Denise), Virginia "Meme" James and Twenty; her grandchild Twenty; her siblings, Cedric Joyce and Marilyn Joyce; her aunt Elsie Richardson; her sister-in-law Sarah James; her friend Debra Castle; and also Gladys Harris. She is also survived by Twenty-one great grandchildren.
