He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Eugene Collins (Alice Emily Collins) and Douglas McArthur Collins; and his great grandchild Natalee Brooks. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hand Collins; and his adoptive daughter Kelli Martin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
