He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Hall, Sr. and Rose Elizabeth Hall (Mary); his son Michael; and his sister Joyce West. He is survived by: his wife Carol; and his children, Carla Cupp (Danny), Randy Phillips and Connie Hall (Rick). He is also survived by six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren along with nieces and nephews.
