He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Lee Harper and Carolyn Ruth German Harper; his girlfriend Tahani Ezzat; his grandparents, William Clayton German, Mary Catherine Downy German and Mary Jane Harper; his stepmother Kaitlyn Sue Corbin Harper; his great-niece Malaya Rae Antiquiera; his siblings, Christina Lee Harper Powers, Brian Keith Harper and Timothy Carlton German; his stepbrother Shawn Corbin; and his daughter Keyanna Cristina Meehan-Deck. He was also cherished by 1 granddaughter, and 4 nieces, and 4 nephews, and 5 great nieces, and 3 great nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association.
