He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vito Flores Sr. and Cerafina Parra; his wife Martha Irene Betancur; his children, Franz Flores (Erick), Ronald Flores, Monica Martins and Heidi Rua; his stepchildren, Sandra Sossa, Edwin Sossa and Janet Sossa; his sister Martha Redin; and his former wife Julieta Zambrana. He was also cherished by Twenty Grandchildren and four Great-Grandchildren.
