It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosanne Oder of Ashburn, Virginia, born in Wichita, Kansas, who passed away on June 8, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Col. Lowell E. Oder; and her brother Howard A. Oder. She is survived by: her children, Leslie Prechtel (John) of Avon, NC, Lanette Meister (Jeff) of Santa Fe, NM and Stephen Oder (Monica) of Williamsport, MD; her grandchildren, Abbie Prechtel Smith, Tori Oder Bakalas (Alex), Tripp Prechtel, Victor Prechtel (Sarah), Rosanne Oder, David Oder (MacKenzie), Thomas Oder and Maddie Oder Higginson (Tyler); her great grandchildren, Logan, Sophie, Parker, Milo, Lucy, Ethan, Isaac, Ivy and Harper; her sister Carolee Syres; and her cousin Lauraine Wilson (Jim). She is also survived by husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
