He is survived by: his friends, Harkrader, Ross, Pepper, Hamilton, Scheetz, Drinker, Biddle and Reath; his children, Adam (Christine) and Lissa; his grandchildren, Lev Skitolsky and Caroline Siavichay (Scott); his great grandchildren, Jayson and Addison; and his sister Penny Haitkin of New York City. He is also survived by his wife of 54 years -- the love of his life.
