She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Joseph Price, Sr. and Nellie Gray Price; her husband Carl Edward Price; and her son Edward Eugene Price. She is survived by: her brother-in-law Ronald Smoot; and her nieces and nephews, Leslie Price of Madison, WV, Warren Price (Sandra) of Cross Lanes, WV, Marion P. Campbell (Edward, Jr.) of Ashburn, VA and Marzetta Hamilton (Gregory) of Manassas, VA.. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Handley Funeral Home- Danville (439 Phipps Ave, Danville, WV 25053). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
