It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul William Fineran (Ashburn, Virginia), who passed away on April 27, 2019, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fineran and Erika Fineran of Dutchess County, NY.. He is survived by: his wife Terri Kennedy; his children, Shannon and Connor Fineran; and his sisters, Trish Fineran, MaryLou Burr and Eileen Lopatkiewicz.
